Saturday, September 18, 2021 - Shane's 6th Annual Game Dinner - Game & Truffle (Chateau Lea, New Jersey): Decanted to get some air. Brought by another attendee to the game dinner. Tast Ed as guests arrived. A little rubber hose on the nose and florals with pear and lemon. Bright acidity. Pear, hyacinth citrus and a little bitter lemon on the palate. Really lovely
