Thursday, September 30, 2021 - 1 year on from previous note. This time I try slow ox (according to my previous note.) Opened previous night at 2300 and leave in cellar.
19:30 (first 2 pours had good fruit, but not showing much else yet.
Third pour at19:50, now we’re talking.

nose: Medium+intensity. Red current, cola? , barnyard, plum, hint of leather, mint, vanilla, dark fruit,
Palate: nice complex fruit, very nice tannin(med), Med+ tasty length. Drinking well now.
Only thing is You can feel the 14.5%.
Would want to see how it evolves over next years.
