Friday, October 1, 2021 - A charming and textural champagne. Almond cream, brioche, and baked apples. Frothy mousse that seems to die down and fall flat a bit in the glass after some 20min. Fairly well balanced, though leaning on the softer side.

Closure: natural cork
ABV: 12%
Stem: Grassl Mineralite
Assemblage: 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay
