Friday, October 15, 2021 - Popped and poured. Pretty nose of white flowers, orchard fruit and acacia. The wine is quite crisp and energetic, with excellent concentration but not too much weight. There is a lot of potential here but it is too young and needs a bit more time to flesh out.
