Wednesday, October 27, 2021 - DG 11/18/20...WOW this one starts out like a crisp hard apple cider, fresh baked beer bread, and lemon tarts! More vinous flesh than the 15...really sour tartness, yet creams up wonderfully with a pillow soft vanilla ginger marsala cream mousse...great saline crushed rock minerality...exotics of almond liqueur, lychee florals, red apple skin, Big Cherry Candy Bar, mulled wine spice...just SO refreshingly rich, world class, unmistakably UM, and a helluva lot of FUN to drink! UM reminds me more and more of Cedric Bouchard...(gasp emoji)!
