Saturday, October 30, 2021 - Nutty black walnut aroma with notes of plum, prune, raisins, red berries and coffee. Honey, caramel and red berries on the finish. Kind of reminds me of nutty chocolate milk. Complex, rich and sweet, but perfectly balanced with acidity. This has a long life ahead of it.

Kept extremely well in the fridge for a few weeks. Some sediment. Cork in good shape
