Thursday, November 4, 2021 - My only go-to Spanish producer. The Montesa shows notes of dark plum, dark red cherries, tobacco leaf, Charred meat and cedar. The palate is medium to full-bodied with lush and juicy red fruit, fresh herbs, savoury baking spices and a touch of gamey meat. The finish is rich. If only all Spanish producers were like Palacios.
