Community Tasting Note

Friday, January 24, 2020 - Sunlight gold in the glass. Nose of honeysuckle, honey, orange blossom, lychee fruit, peach pit. All that on the palate as well with just enough roundness to have a mouthfeel of heft and yet just enough crispness to cleanse the palate. Nice now, but can hold well in the cellar for a bit. 13.5% alc. With brie, mole, aged gouda, ham relish. Recommended.
