Tuesday, November 30, 2021 - A very pale salmon, this has a nose of red apple, strawberry, mint, crushed stone, and lees. The palate is fresh and delicate, but quite tasty. This is drinking well as an aperitif or would pair well with lighter dishes. Doesn't seem to need any cellar time to be enjoyed.
