Friday, December 30, 2005 - Spinning Capsule, unbleached cork. Medium density yellow straw color. Nose of pear and lemon, though not particularly intense. Very slight oxidative notes on the nose. Citrus and pears on the palate, great delineation, although light bodied, with some complexity. Abbreviated finish. 'Overall seemed off a bit, and overtime the oxidative character became more pronounced. After being open for about 3 hours no longer drinkable.
