Manual harvest. Parcels vinified separately in oak barrels or concrete vats for 15 days.
Aged ~15months in half-muids or oak barrels.
13.5% Abv.
Grower/Winemaker: Emmanuel Darnaud

A(ccuray)=2: Deep purple/ruby. Robust, plush varietal.
B(alance)=2: Ripe fruit with firm structure.
C(omplexity)=2: Dark berries, spices, mineral, deep tannins.
D(epth)=2: Dense mouthfeel. Full length and long finish.

Breathed 10 hrs to begin opening up. Decant overnight or age
few more years for further balance and complexity.
