Saturday, December 11, 2021 - Another refined bottle that underscores what an amazing QPR this champagne represents. The Salon extraordinary care is quite evident. This bottle appeared a bit more restrained than the last , auguring well for aging. The nose immediately imparts a creamy, only slightly lemon-tinged note, with elegance exuding due to the fine backbone and clear sinews that will emerge soon. Not toasty, nor evidencing brioche, but rather a multi-faceted champagne that, with air, starts to open its branches. Worth trying now but also waiting for more to develop in the coming years.
