Monday, December 13, 2021 - PNP into Spiegelau Burgundy glass (“Leaf” day): Pale ruby with garnet, slightly bricking rims.

Again, O.M.G. just on the nose - have I ever sniffed any wine or anything that is this amazing?

Consistent with first and second bottles tasted. Superbly complex and wonderfully integrated at this stage per concluded from previous tastings.

Really a super long finish with all the incredibly complex organic blackberries, dark red cherries which last a lifetime on palate. Just wow.

96-97 points.
