Thursday, December 16, 2021 - From a sterilized 375 screwcap, refrigerated, with negligible air space of the 750 I opened 11/15/21. Much improved from the scant but month long exposure to O2. Even a bit of malolactic has occurred (so much for sterilization), adding a trace of sparkle to the enjoyment. What is really pleasing is the absence of a varnish aromatic I sometimes get from Rhone whites.
