Monday, December 6, 2021 - Tasted at Tim Syrad Wines Christmas Masterclass, Surrey, UK. 100% shiraz. Sherbet colour. Spicy nose. Very approachable now, but yung and tannic, so really needs another 10 years to fully mature. Full bodied. Went well with the beef. Good.
