Friday, December 24, 2021 - Straw yellow in the glass, the nose shows hints of gunflnt, chalky oystershells, peach, , lemon, honey, quince, and a nutty , slightly sweet butterscotch quality. Creamy and mouthfilling, acidity is medium, with flavours of ripe acidic nutty apples, leading into a long, clean finish of saline minerality. This is a satisfying, balanced wine that represents solid quality and value for money. Drink up over the next year or two.
