Spectacular for a gamay! First pour revealed spices, deep dark fruits and cherries. Still a tannic bite, feels like this can age quite a bit. Firm and a bit short, though beautiful. Very Pinot-like profile.
With air, the nose showed more sweetness, becoming more akin a Beaujolais, but still with an additional depth.
A 100 points for the wine making, 91+ for the actual wine in the glass. Great experience!
