Saturday, December 25, 2021 - The color was straw yellow with the faintest of pale golden hues. Cream, apple, lemon peel, and a nice balance with some malic acidity some residual sweetness from the dosage. Definitely would be better in 10 years, but it was fresh and worked well as an aperitif. Wished it had more almondy-bready notes and wish it was a little more full on the palate, but alas I was too impatient!
