Saturday, January 1, 2022 - A great bottle. Wonderful freshness, mineral lift and aromatic complexity. Still a bit austere, but so much going on here. Cranberry and tart cherry, herbs, rose petal, white pepper, and Ceylon cinnamon. Structured. Built to age.
