Friday, December 31, 2021 - Supplemental wine in a seven course wine and food pairing NYE party.
The cab served in the 6th course was so amazing and it went so quickly that I opened this while the 7th course was being prepared. This was served with just a short decant and yet showed beautifully. Dark and earthy with nice fruit and good supporting structure. If I had tasted blind might of guessed from Las Piedras Vineyard. Really nice.
