Sunday, January 9, 2022 - Red fruit up front, moving directly into a complex core with mid-tone notes, earth and spice, some pepper, finishes long on both acid and tannin. Not nearly the beast that the 2018 was, this has more finesse while also having nice heft. Good with a lamb stew, fantastic next to a mixed salami plate.
