Monday, January 10, 2022 - I am a Rougeard lover, but I must say I was moderately happy with this 2011 Poyeux. This is a very good wine overall, but a pretty poor showing for Rougeard. The wine is elegant and quite fresh, has a nice structure and smooth tanins, but the greeness is very present both on the nose and palate. Slightly underripped.
