Sunday, January 16, 2022 - Decanted for about an hour out of a 375. Lovely nose. There is definitely a savory quality along with red cherry fruit. Palate of red, some blue to a lesser degree, fruit. Again the savory notes appear with a dusty finish. Tannins still present but depending on your tolerance (mine seems to be high) this is drinking nicely.
