Friday, January 21, 2022 - Deep dark garnet hue, long legs. Initial notes of nail polish, quickly giving way to a leathery nose with hints of cherry, plum & cassis. Medium body, soft & elegant on entrance, carrying a medium to firm tannin. The wine transitions seamlessly into a long lovely finish. Really beautiful wine (living up to its name) paired with antipasto and cheese.
