Tuesday, January 25, 2022 - Refined nose with herbs and flowers at the front with a grassy, sauvignon blanc note. The taste was flowery with fine herbal, greenish and creamy notes, and anise in the finish. Well balanced. After some time in the glass also some fruit in the taste. This is not a spectacular, but a refined, restraint, very good, really classy wine. Maybe it will be better with one year of further keeping. Looking forward to drink another bottle. 92.
