1/27/2022 12:43:00 PM - All vintage ports are ruby ports by nature, they just have more bottle maturation time and higher tannins from a "brief" exposure to wood (ignoring the quality of the grapes for the moment). What I am trying to say here is that this port is as 'bright and juicy' as a "traditional ruby". I'm not trying to diminish its quality or the potential, but with just a few years of bottle aging, it has a long way to go to get the character I would expect from a vintage port. Btw, it does have a great potential, and as I have a case of it, I will be returning to tasting it in 5/10/etc years. :)

But if you know of a Ruby that looks as good as this please let me know.

Power and length and tannins here are outstanding

    Have a great day, T.
