Likes this wine:

Saturday, February 25, 2017 - Cork, 13% alc. Quite a developed colour for 2015. Oxidative handling?

Gunpowder, peach, green herbs and grapefruit from the glass. Some apricot here too? Oak is noticeable but in its place.

Unsweetened apple juice in mouth with a firm acidic presence and some alcohol heat. Long finish. Slightly smoky with a fruit salad collection of flavours, weighty in the mouth with initial impact of acid, but finishes clean without excess acidity.

Opinion: Needs much time to build perfume and secondary complexity. Impressive dry Riesling.
