Sunday, February 20, 2022 - Beautiful interplay of fresh and cooked fruit, nuts, honey, flowers, fungus and minerals, a powerful but very fine mousse, easy acids for non-dosé but there's great cut and plenty of freshness. Long and very dry, quite stony and earthy, though that fresh and cooked fruit combo resonates as well. This might just improve for another decade, but you will not go wrong opening it now.
