Friday, February 25, 2022 - Brilliant bouquet of dates, figs, oranges, raisins and dried apricots; the palate starts off quite sweet showing the PX, but then the saltiness takes over on the midpalate through the extensive finish. Beautiful nuttiness on the aftertaste. Great balance and complexity. A bit like a slightly sweeter version of the Del Duque. Really fantastic pairing with all kinds of cheese. 17.5/20.
