Saturday, February 26, 2022 - 14.3% abv. Medium-dark ruby, very aromatic. Cherry, black raspberry, floral highlights and white pepper highlight a complex and well balanced palate impression. Very good depth and length. Excellent now with the potential to improve over the next 3-5 years. Excellent Mataro!
