Monday, March 2, 2009 - One of the best value White Burgs I have been lucky enough to purchase, hitting on all points right now, it probably will not get better and its so good right now that you should drink them if you have them. Waxy, lemon peel, Meyer lemon, fennel, gravel, intense thick mineral nose. I ate at Ubuntu in Napa the same day, one person at dinner said the wine smelled and tasted like the herb salad with lemon and olive oil from their Bio dynamic gardens, not a bad description, maybe with some pebbles on top for croutons.
