Tuesday, March 1, 2022 - Burgundy Dinner with Friends (Andros Taverna): Served single blind in Dujac 2011 flight. A bit of protruding SO2 here, with lots of structure, this was less forthcoming than most 2011s, and seemingly awkward. Maybe teasing us with its potential, but enticing, even if not fully enchanting (yet). Clearly not yet quite at its peak drinking window.
