Tuesday, March 1, 2022 - Have to start somewhere…decanted
Completely closed on opening with just a mere hint of the wine at 90 minutes.
At 3 hours, the nose is starting to reveal its aromatics. The body is tight, coiled, balanced and long finishing despite barely being open.
Continued to unfurl for the first 6 hours and then plateau’d. The last was enjoyed at hour 8.
Fantastic wine and many more decades to go!

6/25/2022 4:48:00 AM - Our store just got allocated 4 3-packs. Debating buying a couple bottles while I can. Think it’s worth it to grab 2 bottles? I’ve been on the fence for a while since retail price is about $320.
