Thursday, March 10, 2022 - Two hour decant. Nearly opaque electric magenta color. Oreo cookie, black cherry compote, wild strawberry, anise, and subtle salami on the nose. Smooth, dry, full bodied palate, with good acidity. Full tannins on the longish finish.
