Tuesday, March 15, 2022 - Brought to drink at Oinsocent during service. The bottle was uncorked and slowly drank through the evening.
The wine shows bright clear youthful color.
The wine needs time to open up in the nose and lose a few cabbage/reductive notes. Then it shows green fruit, pear, a thin almond layer over the ripe fruit. There is an overripe / "dessert" note only to mess you up in a blind tasting
In the palate though, the wine shows a bright and beautiful certain youthful profile, with a a subtle almond base, ripe stone fruit, peach and apricot, silky texture, nice balancing acidity and long finish
Outstanding quality with a nice life ahead
