Thursday, March 10, 2022 - Wine Tasted at Acker Auction (Marea - New York NY): Small glass, brief note. Intense red fruit is really dominated by the wine's structure, with classic DRC spice further in the background. This wine continues in a trajectory of closing down, seeming more backward each time I have the opportunity to taste it. I will not open a bottle until 2030 or later.
