Sunday, March 8, 2009 - Old oak, nice balance, great sour tanginess that comes from wild yeast. Big tropical fruit -- mango, pineapple -- but not new-world style... Very well balanced. Paired nicely with roast chicken. If only we'd had cracker noodles, too. Sip it slowly and savor it.
