Saturday, April 2, 2022 - Lovely mature Pommard. Hawthorn, dried red date, sour cherry, sous bois, farmyard, old leather, wet stone, hint of smokiness and Earl Grey. Smooth, clean and transparent with bit of noticeable tannins. At its best now while still and hold on for some years. Drinking so well.
