Lovely mature Pommard. Hawthorn, dried red date, sour cherry, sous bois, farmyard, old leather, wet stone, hint of smokiness and Earl Grey. Smooth, clean and transparent with bit of noticeable tannins. At its best now while still and hold on for some years. Drinking so well.

Quite developed and forward with plenty of earth and decaying leaves on the nose coupled with some sweet red berry fruits. It has an upfront sweetness and flesh in the mouth followed by some blocky Pommard tannins on the back-end. Length is decent.
