Friday, April 22, 2022 - Yellowy green in colour. Lime seaweed lemon and stone fruits on the nose and after time hints of butterscotch. Some weight and viscosity on the palate but not OTT and seems quite open and expressive with a core of savoury white fruits with lively acids and salinity. Very interesting, quite complex and serious. BTG from Zalto Universal.
