Sunday, April 24, 2022 - Decanted through a coffee filter for 45 minutes with moderate to heavy sediment removed. Musty nose followed by strong cherry notes. Good acidity. This reminds me of a red burgundy and it paired quite well with salmon. Definitely a lighter style with less garrigue than, say, the 2007.
