Sunday, April 24, 2022 - Darker garnet color. Nose of cassis, currant, plum blossom, earth. Integrated layers of dark plum, blackberry, currant, tobacco, and crushed stone on the palate. Nicely acidic. Fine-grained, smoothed tannin. Long finish of sweet red fruit, earth, iodine. A worthy drink, and quite satisfying. Half bottle.
