Monday, April 25, 2022 - Golden color. Pear and honey on the nose. Amazingly light in the mouth. But then the flavors coming pouring out. More pear, honey and stone. This is only just coming into its own and will get better. The sugar is light but present. Great acidity. Great precision. Wonderful wine.
