Saturday, April 30, 2022 - Nose: Sweet cassis and blackberry, slate, ever so distant mix of cocoa and tilled earth. Palate: Blend of ripe cranberry and dusty black fruit, hint of green leaf, rounded tannins that carry a faint sour astringency, which I could be mistaking for mild oak tannins on the back end. Solid everyday Bordeaux.
