Tuesday, May 10, 2022 - I should have known better, but this was only decanted for a very short time before we started to drink it. Smells great right from the start, but tight in the mouth, not unsurprisingly. Darker fruit tones, some licorice/mint and earth accents. Saved about half a bottle for the next night. On day two it had fleshed out a little but was still reserved. The last glass was the best. Based on this bottle and the 8 hour decanting the last bottle received, make sure this gets a long decant.
