Friday, May 13, 2022 - Tasted at the winery 5/5/22, followed up with a bottle 5/13/22 with dinner at a local restaurant. Paired great with a sirloin steak. Drank immediately after opening, but enjoyed over the next hour and it opened up nicely. It is a very nice Zin, but still young, decant recommended if drunk now, and it will probably benefit from a few years in the cellar.
