Sunday, May 15, 2022 - Unique. Medium gold color. Initially tastes oxidized but after 20 minutes it opens up nicely. Honey, mango, stone fruit, and pineapple. Medium plus depth with decent acid. Not something I would have frequently but a very nice change of pace.
