Thursday, May 19, 2022 - This is a delicious Champagne with a very fine mousse and awesome flavors of lemons and chalky limestone. Excellent intensity and high acidity but there is good balancing sweetness of fruit for a Brut nature. The finish is succulent and complex with just the right hint of oxidized and toasted notes and sharp mineral-driven precision. Youthful but hard to stop drinking this very satisfying Champagne.
