Friday, May 27, 2022 - Opened and breathed in bottle for 30 minutes, purply red to rubyand thin at edge, nose is oaky with cherry and with a little black pepper, flavor is again dominated by oak and smooth finish, went well with several cheeses. Pepperiness and grape became stronger in flavor or next 30 minutes
