Friday, June 3, 2022 - Decanted 3 hours. Initially robust aromas of sweet fruits and violets faded soon. Deep, dark and dusty. Palate of stewed fruits, mostly prunes, raisins, figs and overly ripe berries. Alcohol in front and acid in back. A rather sweet undertone. This wine is almost port like.
